1. Orders & Payments

How can I place an order?

How long does fulfillment and shipping take?

  • Fulfillment: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international shipping times may vary, and customs processing may cause additional delays.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.


3. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags are attached.

How do I initiate a return?

  2. We will provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
